Setting up SPF, DKIM & DMARC
The three DNS records every sending domain needs.

- 01Open Settings → Domains, add your domain, and copy the generated records.
- 02SPF: TXT on root — e.g.
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all. - 03DKIM: TXT/CNAME from your email provider's admin console.
- 04DMARC: TXT on
_dmarc— start withv=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@yourdomain.com. - 05Click Verify DNS in OutreachFox; all three should turn green.
Tip · Only one SPF record per domain — merge includes, never add a second record.
