Campaigns: Leads4 steps
- 01Sequence statuses: Not started → In progress → Completed / Replied / Bounced / Unsubscribed.
- 02Reply categories: Interested, Not interested, Out of office, Wrong person, Do not contact.
- 03Categories are set by AI on each reply and editable in Unibox.
- 04Category changes can trigger subsequences and webhooks.
