Pausing, stopping & deleting leads

Take individual leads out of a sequence.

1. 01Open the lead → Pause to hold their next step indefinitely.
2. 02Stop ends their sequence permanently but keeps history.
3. 03Delete removes the lead and history (blocklist entry optional).
4. 04Bulk-select leads for any of these actions.
