Daily sending limits

Account limits vs campaign limits and how they interact.

1. 01Per-account limit: Email Accounts → account → Daily limit (covers all campaigns + warmup).
2. 02Per-campaign limit: Options → Max emails/day.
3. 03The lower of the two always wins.
4. 04New-mailbox ramp raises limits gradually over 3 weeks automatically.
