Warmup best practices

Rules of thumb that keep reputation strong.

1. 01Never launch campaigns on a mailbox younger than 2 weeks.
2. 02Keep total volume (warmup + campaigns) under provider limits.
3. 03Don't toggle warmup on/off repeatedly — consistency matters.
4. 04Warm every new mailbox, even pre-existing ones you just connected.
