- 01Use the workspace switcher (top bar) → New workspace per client or brand.
- 02Settings → Team → Invite with a role: Admin, Editor, or Inbox-only.
- 03Editors run campaigns; Inbox-only sees just Unibox — ideal for SDR reply handling.
- 04Members can belong to multiple workspaces with different roles.
