- 01Billing & Plans → Cancel subscription.
- 02Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- 03Campaigns stop and mailboxes disconnect at period end.
- 04Data is retained 60 days, then deleted; export before that.
- 05Reactivate anytime within 60 days to restore everything.
