Re-engagement campaigns

Wake up leads who never replied.

1. 01Duplicate the original campaign and rename it (e.g. + Re-engage).
2. 02Import only leads with status Completed, no reply via the filter.
3. 03Write a fresh angle — don't resend the old copy.
4. 04Wait at least 30 days after the original campaign finished.
