Connecting Google accounts (OAuth)

The recommended one-click way to connect Google Workspace mailboxes.

  1. 01Go to Settings → Email Accounts → Connect → Google (OAuth).
  2. 02Sign in to the Google account you want to connect.
  3. 03Grant the requested Gmail scopes when prompted.
  4. 04OutreachFox tests SMTP/IMAP automatically and shows a green Connected badge.
  5. 05Repeat for each mailbox, or use Bulk Import for many accounts.
Tip · OAuth survives password changes — prefer it over App Passwords.
