Connect Outlook / M365 mailboxes via Microsoft OAuth.

  1. 01Go to Settings → Email Accounts → Connect → Microsoft 365.
  2. 02Sign in and accept the permissions prompt.
  3. 03If your tenant blocks consent, ask an admin to approve the OutreachFox app.
  4. 04Confirm SMTP AUTH is enabled for the mailbox in the M365 admin center.
  5. 05Wait for the green Connected badge.
