Microsoft 365 / Azure tenant setup

Admin-side settings that must be on before connecting M365 accounts.

1. 01In the M365 admin center, enable Authenticated SMTP for each mailbox.
2. 02In Entra ID, allow user consent for verified apps (or grant admin consent to OutreachFox).
3. 03Disable Security Defaults or add a Conditional Access exception if OAuth fails.
4. 04Wait up to 60 minutes for changes to propagate, then reconnect.
