Sender names, photos & signatures

Control exactly how recipients see you.

1. 01Open an email account → Sender Settings.
2. 02Set First/Last name — these fill the {{sender_name}} variable.
3. 03Upload a profile photo (Google accounts sync it to Gmail).
4. 04Add an HTML or plain-text signature — keep it light, no images for cold email.
5. 05Use Bulk Settings to apply one signature template across accounts.
