Fair Usage Policy

This policy applies to every account, on every plan. Higher-tier plans get higher limits, but the same acceptable-use rules apply across the board.

Each connected mailbox has a soft daily sending cap tuned to protect deliverability. You can raise it after warmup, within these guardrails:

• Google / Microsoft mailboxes: up to 50 messages/day per mailbox after warmup.
• Dedicated SMTP / infra mailboxes: up to 200 messages/day per mailbox after warmup.
• LinkedIn: within LinkedIn’s own daily action limits.

We may throttle or temporarily pause sending if a mailbox shows deliverability issues, high bounces, or spam complaints.

You must:

• Only contact people with a legitimate business reason.
• Verify email lists before sending; bounce rates above 5% will trigger a pause.
• Honour unsubscribes immediately across all campaigns.

The following will result in immediate suspension:

• Purchased, scraped, or otherwise non-permission-based lists sent as cold blasts.
• Adult content, gambling, crypto pump-and-dump, MLM, or clearly deceptive offers.
• Impersonating another person or organisation.
• Attempting to bypass sending limits by rotating accounts or mailboxes.

Enrichment and verification credits are for use within your own account and campaigns. Reselling credits, reselling enriched data, or using the API to build a competing enrichment product is not allowed.

We investigate reports and monitor platform signals continuously. When we find violations, we may throttle sending, suspend the account, or terminate it. Repeat or severe violations forfeit any refund under our Refund Policy.
