We collect three categories of data:

• Account data: name, email, company, billing details.
• Campaign data: mailboxes you connect, leads you upload, messages you send, and replies you receive.
• Usage data: product analytics, device info, and logs required to operate and secure the Service.

We use your data to:

• Operate campaigns, mailboxes, warmup, enrichment, and the unified inbox.
• Provide support, security, fraud prevention, and product improvements.
• Send transactional messages and — with your consent — product updates.

We do not sell your data and we do not use campaign content to train third-party AI models.

We share data only with vetted sub-processors that help us run the Service (hosting, email infrastructure, payment processing, analytics). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. A current list is available on request.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On cancellation, we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. invoices for tax purposes).

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or export your personal data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest, use scoped access controls, and monitor infrastructure continuously. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps aligned with industry best practices.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and lightweight analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
