You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or put other users at risk.

You agree not to use OutreachFox to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.).
• Contact recipients you have no legitimate business reason to reach.
• Send content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent limits of the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of the leads, copy, and campaign data you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the Service on your behalf. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We work hard to keep OutreachFox reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific deliverability outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutreachFox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
