Everything you see in OutreachFox analytics, the campaign Contacts tab and the Opportunities page can be downloaded as a CSV file. Use exports to report to clients or managers, to push replies into your CRM, to build a suppression list, or to analyse results in a spreadsheet.
What you can export

| Workspace analytics | **Analytics → Export** | One per campaign, mailbox or domain (choose the table) | Same columns as the table shown |
| Opportunities | **Opportunities → List → Export** | One per opportunity | Lead, company, campaign, stage, value, owner, next step, created, closed, lost reason |

Steps: export campaign leads
- In the left nav, click Campaigns and open the campaign.
- Click Contacts.
- Optionally click Status and pick a filter (for example Replied or Bounced) — the export respects the current filter and search.
- Click Export at the top right and choose CSV.
- Choose All columns or Selected columns, then click Export.
- Small exports (under 5,000 rows) download immediately. Larger exports run in the background; you get an in-app notification and an email with a download link, valid for 7 days.
Steps: export analytics
- Open the campaign's Analytics tab or the workspace Analytics page.
- Set the Date range and any filters. The export matches what is on screen.
- Click Export and choose Daily (one row per day) or By step / By campaign / By mailbox.
- Click Download.
File format
- UTF-8 with a header row, comma-separated, dates in ISO format (2026-09-21T14:03:00Z, UTC).
- Rates are exported as raw counts, not percentages; compute rates in your spreadsheet so they stay correct after filtering.
- Custom lead fields appear as extra columns with the field name as the header.
- Excel users: open via Data → From Text/CSV and pick UTF-8 to keep accented names intact.
Tips
- For CRM imports, export Campaign leads filtered to Replied, then filter the reply-category column to Interested in your spreadsheet.
- To build a do-not-contact list for another tool, export Contacts filtered to Unsubscribed plus campaign leads filtered to Bounced.
- For client reporting, export the workspace Analytics by campaign with the Tag filter set to the client, last 30 days. Combine with the opportunities export for a one-page report.
- Exports are a snapshot. Schedule them (weekly, same day) if you track trends; there is no automatic scheduled export today.
- Export before deleting a campaign; deleted campaigns' data is not recoverable.
Troubleshooting
- The download is empty or has only a header. The current filter matched no rows. Clear the Status filter and search box and try again.
- Reply text is cut off. The inbox export includes the first 500 characters only. Open the conversation for the full thread.
- Names show as garbled characters. The file was opened with the wrong encoding. Re-open as UTF-8.
- The export email never arrived. Check spam, then Settings → Notifications to confirm your email address. Large exports can take up to 15 minutes.
- No Export button. Your role does not allow exports. Ask a workspace admin under Settings → Team.
