Campaign analytics tell you how one sequence performs. The workspace Analytics page adds everything up: total volume, reply and positive-reply rates across every campaign, and the health of every mailbox and domain, so you can spot the campaign that is dragging the average down or the mailbox that is about to hurt everyone's deliverability.

Steps

  1. In the left nav, click Analytics.
  2. Set the Date range at the top right. Presets: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Custom. The default is the last 30 days.
  3. Read the summary tiles: Sent, Delivered, Reply rate, Positive reply rate, Bounce rate, Opportunities. Each tile shows the change against the previous period.
  4. Scroll to the Daily chart. Toggle the lines (Sent, Replies, Bounces, Positive) using the legend.
  5. Scroll to the Campaigns table. Every campaign appears with status, contacts, sent, reply rate, positive reply rate and bounce rate. Click a column header to sort; click a campaign name to open its own analytics.
  6. Scroll to the Mailboxes table. Every connected mailbox appears with emails sent, replies, bounce rate, warm-up status and health score. Click a mailbox to open Mailbox → Warm up for that account.
  7. Scroll to the Domains table for sent volume, bounce rate and tracking-domain status per domain.
  8. Use the Campaign, Mailbox and Tag filters above the tables to restrict everything on the page — for example one client's campaigns only.

What to look for

  • Reply rate by campaign. Sort the campaigns table by reply rate. Anything under 2% with more than 300 delivered needs a new angle or a new list. Anything over 8% is worth cloning.
  • Bounce rate by mailbox. A single mailbox with a bounce rate two or three times the others usually has a list problem in one campaign, or the mailbox itself is being blocked. Pause it and check the warm-up health.
  • Volume distribution. Sent per mailbox should be roughly even. If two mailboxes carry most of the volume, the other mailboxes are paused, disconnected or capped too low under Mailbox bulk settings.
  • Positive reply rate over time. Falling positive rate at stable reply rate means the list quality has slipped or the message is attracting the wrong replies.
  • Domain-level bounces. A domain with bounce rate above 5% is at risk of a blocklist. Stop sending from it for 7 days and check warm-up.

Recommended weekly routine

  1. Monday: last 7 days, check the four rate tiles against the previous week.
  2. Sort the mailboxes table by bounce rate; pause any mailbox above 5% and any with health under 70.
  3. Sort the campaigns table by positive reply rate; move budget and lists towards the top two.
  4. Export the tables (see the CSV article) if you report to a client or manager.

Tips

  • Tag campaigns by client or product (Edit Campaign → Settings → Tags) so the Tag filter turns this page into a per-client dashboard.
  • Keep total daily volume per mailbox at 30–50 emails including warm-up. The mailboxes table shows the combined number.
  • Workspace numbers include paused and completed campaigns within the date range. Use the campaign Status filter to look at live campaigns only.
  • Analytics refresh every 15 minutes; the page does not show real-time sends.

Troubleshooting

  • Tiles show dashes. No sends in the selected period. Widen the date range.
  • A mailbox is missing from the table. It was deleted or it has never sent. Deleted mailboxes' historical sends are still counted in campaign totals but not shown as a row.
  • Totals differ from the sum of campaign analytics. Workspace totals dedupe leads contacted by several campaigns; per-campaign numbers do not.
  • A teammate sees fewer campaigns. Their role is restricted to specific campaigns; the page respects those permissions.
