White-label lets an agency run OutreachFox under its own brand: clients log in at your domain, see your logo and colours, and never see the OutreachFox name. Combined with the Client viewer role, each client gets a live, read-only view of their own campaigns without access to your other clients or your infrastructure.
Prerequisites
- An Agency plan (white-label is not included on Starter or Growth plans; see "Upgrade or downgrade your plan").
- Owner role in the agency account.
- Access to the DNS of the domain you want to use for the client portal, for example app.youragency.com.
- A logo in PNG or SVG (at least 400 px wide, transparent background) and a square favicon (64 × 64 px).
Steps: set up white-label
- Click Settings in the bottom-left corner and open White-label.
- Under Custom domain, enter the subdomain, for example app.youragency.com, and click Save.
- At your DNS host, add a CNAME record pointing that subdomain to portal.outreachfox.com. Wait for propagation (usually under an hour, up to 24 hours).
- Back in OutreachFox, click Verify. The status changes to Active and an SSL certificate is issued automatically.
- Under Branding, upload your Logo and Favicon, set the Brand name and the Primary colour.
- Tick Hide OutreachFox branding. This removes the OutreachFox name and logo from the login page, the app header, notification emails and unsubscribe pages seen by clients.
- Under Email sender, set the From name and Reply-to used for invites and notifications sent to clients, for example Reports <reports@youragency.com>. Add the SPF include shown on screen to that domain so these emails are not marked as spam.
- Click Save. Open https://app.youragency.com in a private window to check the login page.
Steps: give a client access
- Switch to the client's workspace using the OutreachFox icon / arrow at the top-left.
- Open Settings → Team and click Invite member.
- Enter the client's email and choose the role Client viewer.
- Click Send invite. Because white-label is on, the invite email carries your branding and links to your custom domain.
What the client sees
A Client viewer logs in at your custom domain and lands on Campaigns for their workspace only. They can open each campaign, see sent, replied, bounced and interested counts, read replies and filter leads by status in the Contacts tab. They cannot see Mailbox, Domain, Settings, other workspaces, or which sending infrastructure is behind the campaign. They cannot edit, pause or launch anything.
Tips
- One workspace per client. A Client viewer in a shared workspace would see every campaign in it.
- If a client wants to write copy or approve sequences, give them Member on their workspace and keep Client viewer for everyone else at their company.
- Keep mailboxes and domains in the agency-owned workspace of each client so that when the engagement ends you can move or delete them cleanly. See "Transfer workspace ownership and move mailboxes between workspaces".
- Custom tracking domains (Domain → Settings) are separate from the white-label domain. Set both so neither open-tracking links nor the portal reveal OutreachFox.
Troubleshooting
- Verify fails: the CNAME has not propagated, or there is a conflicting A record on the same subdomain. Remove the A record and retry.
- Client sees OutreachFox logo in an email: Hide OutreachFox branding was turned on after the invite was sent. Resend the invite.
- Certificate warning on the custom domain: wait up to 30 minutes after verification for the certificate to be issued. If it persists, check that the DNS host is not proxying the CNAME (turn off the proxy or "orange cloud").
- Client viewer sees "No campaigns": they were invited to the wrong workspace.
