Export leads when you need them outside OutreachFox: to push interested replies into your CRM, share a bounce list with your data provider, or keep an offline copy of an enriched list. You can export from a campaign (with campaign statuses) or from Contacts (the full contact record, across campaigns).

Export from a campaign

Use this when you want the status, step reached and reply category for each lead.

  1. Open the campaign and click Contacts.
  2. Optionally filter with Status (for example Interested) or search, so only the leads you want are shown.
  3. Tick the select-all checkbox, or tick individual leads.
  4. Open the actions menu and choose Export (or Export CSV).
  5. The file downloads to your browser.

The export includes the contact fields (email, first name, last name, company, title, custom fields) plus campaign columns such as status, last step sent, reply category, and timestamps for sent, opened and replied.

Export from Contacts

Use this for a full list, independent of any campaign.

  1. Click Contacts in the left navigation.
  2. Select a list, or filter the contacts view.
  3. Tick the contacts to export (select all for the whole list).
  4. Choose Export from the actions menu.

The export contains every contact field, including enrichment fields, but no campaign-specific status.

Tips

  • Export Bounced leads after every campaign and remove them from your source spreadsheet; re-uploading them later is how bounce rates creep back up.
  • Keep the exported column headers when you re-import; OutreachFox auto-maps them.
  • Exports are a snapshot. If replies keep coming in, export again rather than editing the old file.
  • Large exports (10,000+ rows) may take a minute to prepare; wait for the download rather than clicking again.

Troubleshooting

  • Export button greyed out: nothing is selected. Tick at least one lead.
  • File opens with all data in one column: your spreadsheet app used the wrong delimiter. Use Data → From text/CSV in Excel, or open it in Google Sheets.
  • Missing custom fields: custom fields only appear if they were mapped during import or added by enrichment.
