Leads you unlock in the lead database do not need to be exported and re-uploaded. Every unlocked lead is saved to a list under Lead List, and any list can be attached to a campaign, new or running, in a few clicks. This keeps the whole loop (search, unlock, verify, enrich, send) inside OutreachFox.
Prerequisites
- A list of unlocked leads (see Unlock verified emails and how credits are charged).
- A campaign with a saved sequence and attached mailboxes, or a plan to create one.
Steps: add to a running campaign
- Open the campaign in Campaigns.
- Click Contacts → Upload Contacts.
- Select Lists and pick the list created by your lead search.
- Add any extra sender mailboxes if the campaign now needs more capacity.
- Click Next.
- Click Resume Campaign.
The leads appear as Not contacted and start receiving step 1 on the next send window, subject to the daily new-contacts limit.
Steps: add to a new campaign
- Click Create Campaign, name it, choose the campaign type, click Create.
- Build the sequence (Start with Email, write steps, Save and Next).
- Choose Sender Accounts (and a LinkedIn account for multichannel).
- At the contacts step, choose Lists and select the lead list.
- Click Next, set Settings (schedule, daily limit, bounce protection, auto-match), review, and click Launch Campaign.
Steps: push directly from the lead list
- Open Lead List and select the list.
- Tick the leads (or select-all).
- Choose Add to campaign from the actions menu.
- Pick the campaign and confirm.
- Open the campaign and click Resume Campaign if it was paused.
Tips
- Filter the list by verification status before pushing: send Valid leads to the main campaign and Catch-all leads to a separate low-volume campaign.
- Run AI enrichment on the list before pushing so the first_line variable is populated at launch.
- Push in batches that match your daily capacity. A 2,000-lead list attached to 8 mailboxes will take about two weeks to work through; that is fine, but do not unlock another 2,000 until the first batch shows a healthy bounce rate.
- Leads already in the campaign are skipped, so pushing the same list twice is harmless.
Troubleshooting
- The list does not appear under Lists: the unlock job has not finished, or the list is empty. Check Lead List.
- Leads pushed but campaign is not sending: the campaign is paused. Open it and click Resume Campaign. See Why did my campaign pause or stop sending?
- Variables show blank in Preview: the fields exist on the lead but under a different name than the variable expects. Check the field mapping on the list.
