OutreachFox is sold as a subscription with tiers that scale with the size of your outbound operation. This article explains what changes between tiers and how to pick one. It does not list prices: current prices and exact limits are on the pricing page and in your account's billing area.
What every plan includes
- Unlimited email and LinkedIn campaigns and sequences with A/B variants.
- Mailbox warmup with the four default warm-up profiles and custom profiles.
- Sending schedules, reply categorization and campaign analytics.
- Access to Icemail for buying domains and mailboxes (paid separately from your wallet).
- Contact upload, deduplication and column mapping.
What scales between tiers
| **Dimension** | **What it means** | **How it scales** |
| Connected mailboxes | Sending accounts under **Mailbox** (own or Icemail) | Higher tiers allow more mailboxes; some tiers are unlimited |
| Active contacts / leads | Contacts stored under **Contacts** and used in campaigns | Higher tiers raise the contact ceiling |
| Monthly emails | Campaign emails sent per month across all mailboxes | Raised per tier |
| Workspaces | Separate environments for clients or brands | Single workspace on entry tiers; multiple on agency-oriented tiers |
| Team members | Users invited to a workspace | More seats on higher tiers |
| Enrichment and verification credits | Credits for waterfall enrichment and email verification | A monthly allowance that grows per tier; top-ups available on any tier |
| LinkedIn accounts | Accounts connected for LinkedIn / multichannel outreach | More accounts on higher tiers |
| Support | Chat and email support, onboarding, priority response | Priority support on higher tiers |
Typical tiers
Tier names and limits change; treat these as shapes rather than a price list.
- Starter — one workspace, a small number of mailboxes, a contact cap in the low tens of thousands, a small credit allowance. Suits a founder or a single SDR running one or two campaigns.
- Growth — more mailboxes, a larger contact cap, more credits, additional seats. Suits an in-house team running several campaigns in parallel.
- Agency / Scale — multiple workspaces, high or unlimited mailbox counts, large contact and email allowances, priority support. Suits agencies managing many clients or teams sending at high volume.
How to choose
- Count the mailboxes you will send from. A common rule is 2–3 mailboxes per domain at 30–50 emails per day each, so 1,000 emails a day needs roughly 20–30 mailboxes.
- Estimate contacts per month: daily sends ÷ steps in your sequence × working days.
- Decide whether you need separate workspaces (one per client or brand).
- Pick the lowest tier that covers those three numbers; credits can be topped up separately.
Where to see and change your plan
- Click Settings in the bottom-left navigation.
- Open the Billing or Plan section (label may vary).
- Your current tier, renewal date and usage against limits are shown here, with Upgrade / Change plan buttons.
Tips
- Mailbox and domain purchases through Icemail are billed from the Icemail wallet, not the OutreachFox subscription.
- Annual billing usually carries a discount; check the pricing page.
- If you approach a mailbox or contact limit, OutreachFox warns you in the relevant list; campaigns are not cut off without notice.
Troubleshooting
- "Mailbox limit reached" when connecting — remove unused mailboxes under Mailbox or upgrade the tier.
- Cannot create a second workspace — workspaces are limited by tier; upgrade or ask support.
