What is OutreachFox?

OutreachFox is a single platform for building and running outbound campaigns. It covers the full outreach process in one place: finding prospects, preparing sending infrastructure, warming up mailboxes, and running cold email or LinkedIn sequences.

What makes OutreachFox different?

Most outreach tools depend on shared sending systems, which puts your email reputation at the mercy of other senders. They also often force you to stitch together separate products for enrichment, warmup and campaign management. OutreachFox runs on its own infrastructure and brings these pieces into one workflow.

Industry-tuned warmup

A healthy mailbox is the foundation of cold outreach. OutreachFox includes an industry-tuned warmup system that prepares mailboxes specifically for outbound campaigns and builds sender reputation over time. The result is more emails delivered, fewer bounces, and a safer path to scaling volume without hurting deliverability.

Waterfall enrichment

Contact data should not be a guessing game. OutreachFox uses waterfall enrichment across 50+ data providers, checking source after source until it finds verified, high-quality information. Cleaner lists mean fewer bounces and higher reply rates.

Multichannel outreach in one workflow

You can create and run coordinated cold email and LinkedIn campaigns from a single sequence. Three campaign types are available:

• Email Outreach — an email-only campaign.
• LinkedIn Outreach — a LinkedIn-only campaign.
• Multi Channel Outreach — email and LinkedIn steps combined in one sequence.

The interface at a glance

After you log in, you land on Campaigns. The left navigation gives you access to the main sections of the product:

• Campaigns — create, search and filter campaigns by status. Click Create Campaign (top right), give the campaign a name, pick the campaign type and click Create.
• Contacts — upload contacts and organise them into lists (New List).
• Mailbox — connect your sending mailboxes, enable warmup and manage per-mailbox settings.
• LinkedIn — connect LinkedIn accounts for LinkedIn and multichannel outreach.
• Domain — see all your domains in one place, check how they perform and manage tracking-domain settings.
• Settings / Campaign Settings (bottom left) — sending schedules and reply categorization.

Built-in infrastructure is available through Icemail: click the OutreachFox icon at the top left, choose Icemail from the dropdown, and buy domains and mailboxes (Google, Microsoft, IMAP/SMTP or Azure) that you can then import straight into OutreachFox.
