Import your Icemail mailboxes into OutreachFox
Mailboxes you buy in Icemail do not appear in OutreachFox automatically. You import them once with Import from Icemail, then enable warm-up. No client IDs, app passwords or SMTP settings are needed.

Prerequisites
- Mailboxes assigned to a domain in Icemail (see Buy mailboxes through Icemail).
Steps
- In Icemail, confirm your mailboxes are assigned to the domain and the order is complete. Export them to OutreachFox from the Icemail side if prompted.

- Return to your OutreachFox dashboard: click the OutreachFox icon at the top-left and select OutreachFox from the dropdown.

- Click Mailbox in the left nav.
- Click Connect Mailbox.
- Scroll down until you see Import from Icemail and select it. Your purchased mailboxes import directly into OutreachFox.
- Back on the Mailbox page, select the imported mailboxes and click Enable Warm Up.

- Pick the warm-up profile that matches the mailbox type (Google, Microsoft, Azure or Custom Mailboxes) and click Enable Warmer.
What you see afterwards
Every mailbox you purchased or transferred through Icemail is listed on the Mailbox page, with its warm-up status, daily campaign limit and health. The domains appear under Domain.
Bringing your own domains or mailboxes
If your mailboxes live somewhere else (an existing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant), connect them from the same Connect Mailbox screen by choosing Google Workspace or Office365 Outlook instead of Import from Icemail. Before you do, make sure SPF, DKIM and DMARC records exist on that domain — OutreachFox does not write DNS for domains it does not manage. Domains bought from Icemail can be connected directly with no extra DNS work.
Tips
- Warm up for at least 14 days before adding the mailboxes to a campaign. Two to three weeks is safer for brand-new domains.
- Set a signature on each imported mailbox (Mailbox → Settings → Edit signature) before launching.
- Use the bulk-actions bar on the Mailbox page to set campaign emails per day for all imported mailboxes at once. Start at 20–30 and raise to 40–50 after warm-up.
Troubleshooting
- Import from Icemail shows no mailboxes. The Icemail order may still be provisioning. Wait and retry, or check the domain in Icemail for a pending status.
- Mailboxes imported but warm-up will not enable. Check that the mailbox has finished provisioning and can send (Google/Microsoft accounts occasionally need a first login on the provider side).
- Mailbox imported twice. Delete the duplicate with the three-dots menu → Delete. Warm-up history stays with the original.
