What is Icemail? OutreachFox's built-in mailbox marketplace

Icemail is the domain and mailbox marketplace built into OutreachFox. You use it to buy sending domains, buy mailboxes on those domains (Google, Microsoft, IMAP/SMTP or Azure), and manage your whole sending infrastructure from one dashboard. You do not need to visit a registrar, a Google Workspace admin console or a DNS host: Icemail provisions the domain, creates the mailboxes and configures the DNS records for you.

How to open Icemail

1. Log in to OutreachFox.
2. Click the OutreachFox icon (the arrow) at the top-left of the dashboard.
3. Select Icemail from the dropdown.
4. To return, click the same icon and select OutreachFox.

What you see in Icemail

1. Log in and open the Icemail dashboard. The layout shows your domains, mailboxes and infrastructure options in a single view.

1. Use Add Domain to connect a domain you already own or to buy a new one, then add mailboxes to it. Icemail handles the technical setup, including authentication, in the background.

1. Monitor mailbox health, manage domains and keep the whole setup in one interface.

Why this matters

• Dedicated, not shared, infrastructure. Every domain and mailbox you buy is yours. You are not sending through a pool shared with other customers, so another sender's bad behaviour does not damage your reputation.
• No DNS work. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured automatically when the domain is registered through Icemail. See How Icemail automates SPF, DKIM and DMARC — and replaces mailboxes for free.
• One-click import into OutreachFox. Once mailboxes exist in Icemail, you pull them into OutreachFox with Mailbox → Connect Mailbox → Import from Icemail. No client IDs, no SMTP passwords.
• Free replacements. If a mailbox is burned, you replace it at no cost instead of buying a new one.

Typical workflow

1. Icemail → Add Domain → Buy Domains (or connect an existing domain by pointing its nameservers at Icemail).
2. Choose a mailbox type (Google, Microsoft, IMAP/SMTP, Azure) → Buy New Mailboxes → set quantity → Add to Cart → checkout.
3. Back in OutreachFox: Mailbox → Connect Mailbox → Import from Icemail.
4. Select the imported mailboxes → Enable Warm Up → pick a profile → Enable Warmer.
5. Warm up for at least 14 days before using the mailboxes in a campaign.

Tips

• Buy 2–3 mailboxes per domain and spread sending across several domains rather than loading one domain with many accounts.
• Keep your wallet topped up before placing an order; domains and mailboxes are charged together in a single order.
• Your Icemail domains appear under Domain in the OutreachFox left nav once mailboxes are imported, where you can add a custom tracking domain.
