What you see afterwards

Each selected mailbox shows warmup as active (or inactive) in the Mailbox list. Warmup emails start within the next few hours and ramp up over the following days according to the profile.

Tips

  • Match the profile to the provider: Google mailboxes get the Google profile, Microsoft 365 the Microsoft profile, Azure the Azure profile and SMTP/IMAP the Custom Mailboxes profile. If you select a mixed batch, run the bulk action once per provider group.
  • Warm new mailboxes for 14 days minimum (2–3 weeks for new domains) before adding them to campaigns.
  • Do not disable warmup when a campaign starts. Keep it running at a lower volume for the life of the mailbox; it repairs reputation after a bad send.
  • Disable warmup only for mailboxes you are about to delete or that are disconnected.

Troubleshooting

  • Enable did nothing for some mailboxes — they are disconnected; reconnect under Mailbox and repeat. See Fix mailbox disconnection errors (Google, Microsoft, SMTP).
  • Warmup emails land in spam — normal in the first days; the network moves them out of spam automatically. If spam placement stays high after two weeks, check SPF/DKIM/DMARC on the domain.
  • Wrong profile applied — select the mailboxes again, click Warm Up, choose the correct profile and click Enable; the new profile replaces the old one.
