Connect a Google Workspace mailbox so OutreachFox can send campaign email and warmup email from it and read replies. This is the OutreachFox-side part of the setup.
Prerequisites
- A Workspace admin has already allowed OutreachFox in the Google Admin console. See Google Workspace: allow OutreachFox in Google Admin. Without this, the sign-in in step 6 is blocked.
- You know the password (or have an active browser session) for the Google account you want to connect.
Steps
- Log in to your OutreachFox account.
- Click Mailbox in the left sidebar.

- Click Connect Mailbox.

- Select Google Workspace as the mailbox provider.

- Read the instructions shown. If the admin step has not been done yet, complete it now (link in the prerequisites), then return to this screen.
- Click Connect with Google.

- Choose the Google account you want to connect and approve the requested permissions.

- The mailbox now appears in your Mailbox list.

What you see afterwards
The mailbox is listed under Mailbox with a connected status. From here you can enable warmup, set the daily campaign limit and add a signature, and select it as a sender account in campaigns.
Tips
- Connect every mailbox on the domain the same way; once the admin step is done, no further admin work is needed.
- Enable warmup immediately after connecting and wait at least 14 days before using the mailbox in a campaign.
- Keep 2–3 mailboxes per domain and 30–50 campaign emails per mailbox per day.
- If the Google account uses 2-step verification, that is fine; OAuth handles it. No app password is needed for this method.
Troubleshooting
- "This app is blocked" or "Access blocked: admin policy" — the Workspace admin has not marked OutreachFox as Trusted. See Google Workspace: allow OutreachFox in Google Admin.
- Wrong account was connected — remove the mailbox (three-dots menu → delete) and repeat from step 3, choosing the correct account in step 7.
- Mailbox shows as disconnected later — usually a changed password or revoked access. See Fix mailbox disconnection errors (Google, Microsoft, SMTP).
