What you see afterwards

Each selected mailbox shows the new daily limit in the Mailbox list. Running campaigns respect the new limit from the next sending window.

Recommended limits

**Mailbox age****Campaign emails per day**
Still in warmup (days 1–14)0 — do not send campaigns yet
Weeks 3–410–20
Established (1 month+)30–50
Google Workspace ceiling50 is a safe upper bound; never exceed 100
Microsoft 365 ceiling30–40 is safer; Microsoft is stricter on sudden volume

Keep warmup running alongside campaigns so the mailbox's total daily volume stays natural.

Tips

  • The per-mailbox limit works together with the campaign-level Daily new contacts limit. The campaign spreads its daily volume across the selected sender accounts, and no mailbox exceeds its own cap.
  • Scale by adding mailboxes, not by raising this number. 20 mailboxes at 40/day is far safer than 8 at 100/day.
  • Lower the limit for any mailbox whose Warm up tab shows spam placement climbing or a health score dropping.

Troubleshooting

  • Campaign sends fewer emails than expected — total mailbox caps are lower than the campaign's daily target. Add sender accounts or raise caps modestly.
  • Setting did not apply to some mailboxes — those mailboxes were not selected or are disconnected; reconnect them and repeat.
