You can keep as many sending schedules as you need under Campaign Settings → Sending Schedules, one per region or audience. Each campaign uses exactly one schedule, chosen in the campaign's settings. This article covers building a set of schedules, finding them, and attaching one to a campaign.
Prerequisites
- At least one schedule created (see Create a sending schedule).
Steps: create additional schedules
- Go to Campaign Settings → Sending Schedules.
- Click Create new schedule and repeat the setup (name, time zone, holidays, days, send timings) for each region or audience. Click Save after each one.

- When the list grows, use the search bar at the top of Sending Schedules to find a schedule by name.

Steps: apply a schedule to a campaign
- While creating a campaign, after saving the sequence and adding leads, open the campaign Settings step. For an existing campaign, open it, click Edit Campaign, then Settings.
- In the schedule field, select the sending schedule you want from the dropdown.

- Click Save, then Launch Campaign (new campaign) or Resume Campaign (existing campaign).
The campaign now only sends within that schedule's days and hours, in its time zone.
A sensible starting set
| **Schedule name** | **Time zone** | **Days** | **Window** |
| US East – business hours | America/New\_York | Mon–Fri | 08:00–17:00 |
| US West – business hours | America/Los\_Angeles | Mon–Fri | 08:00–17:00 |
| UK & Ireland | Europe/London | Mon–Fri | 08:00–17:00 |
| Central Europe | Europe/Berlin | Mon–Fri | 08:00–17:00 |
| APAC – Singapore | Asia/Singapore | Mon–Fri | 08:00–17:00 |
Tick Skip public holidays with the matching country on each.
Tips
- Edit a schedule rather than creating a near-duplicate; changes apply to every campaign using it from the next send window.
- Changing a campaign's schedule takes effect immediately for emails not yet sent. Emails already queued for today follow the old window.
- If you run one campaign across several regions, lead-level time zones can override the campaign schedule per lead (see Campaign time zone and lead-level time zones).
Troubleshooting
- Schedule missing from the campaign dropdown: it was not saved. Go back to Sending Schedules and confirm it is in the list.
- Campaign sends outside the expected hours: check the schedule's time zone. A schedule set to your own zone while targeting another region is the usual cause.
- Campaign did not send today: today is a selected holiday, or not a selected day, in that schedule.
