Assign sender accounts, LinkedIn account and contacts, then launch

With the sequence built, the last part of setting up a multi-channel campaign is to say which mailboxes and which LinkedIn account do the sending, who the contacts are, and to launch.

Steps

  1. When all steps and conditions are in place, click Save and Next.

  1. Select your Sender Accounts (the mailboxes that send the email steps) and your LinkedIn Account (the profile that performs the LinkedIn steps).

  1. Add contacts: upload a CSV, or map contacts that already exist in your OutreachFox account. Make sure the email and LinkedIn URL columns are mapped.

What you see afterwards: the campaign shows as Active in the Campaigns list. The Contacts tab shows each contact's current step and status; email and LinkedIn activity appear in the campaign reporting.

Tips

  • Select several warmed-up mailboxes as sender accounts; OutreachFox rotates across them so no single mailbox carries the whole list.
  • One LinkedIn account per campaign. Its daily limits (roughly 20–25 connection requests and 50 messages per day) cap how fast contacts move through LinkedIn steps, so size the daily new contacts limit to match.
  • Check Daily new contacts limit in Settings before launching. For multi-channel, start at 20–30 per day so LinkedIn steps do not back up.
  • Set a sending schedule that matches the prospects' time zone; LinkedIn actions follow the same schedule.

Troubleshooting

  • Launch Campaign is disabled — no sender account selected, no LinkedIn account selected, or the contact list is empty.
  • Contacts skip the LinkedIn steps — their LinkedIn URL column was not mapped or is empty. Re-upload with merge and map the column.
  • LinkedIn steps queue but never run — the LinkedIn account disconnected (session expired). Reconnect it under Settings.
